Apple will be expanding its USB power adapter Take back program to countries beyond the United States and China. The initiative is designed help remove counterfeit chargers off the market that can in some cases causedeath or damage your device.
The program officially begins August 16 in the United States and started August 9 in China. The support page has also recently been updated to indicate that that Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom will also be participating in the program.
